Error, missing files, tutorial not playing

Question:

1. The instructional video has problems starting at about 21 minutes. The
is loud sounds and I can't hear his voice.
2. When I load the color.01 file to after effects it says that the file is
locked and I can't save it. I also says a lot of files are missing since
the last time I saved.

Solution:

Please make sure to extract the zip file first, other vise After Effects wont be able to find all the files.
