Video playing slow

Question:

 When I play the .mov file in Quicktime or in Windows Media player the video is "lagging". How can I solve this? Any suggestions would be great.

I have rendered the file according to your tutorial, Quicktime, Photo-JPG with audio and in 1920x1080.

Maybe I can send you the project as it is right know with the video clips and you can help me with the renderingen for a small sum of payment?

The lagging of the video is because it doesn't have any compression. I recomend you to use the H.264 compresor.

You can make this setting the quicktime render from the After Effects Render Queuw (AEQTSETTINGS.jpg attached image) or ones you have your QuickTime without compression open the file using the QuickTime player. (see the attached file QT_SETTINGS.jpg)
