Question: I keep getting an error, this project must be converted from version 8.0 windows and will open as an untitled project. Standard Definition pixel aspect ratios will be updated for compatibility and improved accuracy. The original file will be unchanged.

This message is actually normal, you see it because the project was created in CS3 and you are opening it in CS4 or CS5
All you need to do is save the project after you have finished editing, everything in the template will work perfectly
